Quality Standards

K&KA maintains a strict adherence to the established Professional Guidelines set forth by the American Institute of Architects.

Our comprehensive quality assurance program includes active participation in the AIA Continuing Education System.

K&KA Office Quality Standards are designed to assure the equitable treatment of multiple parties involved in the realization of a design and construction project.

Utilization of AIA Masterspec “Outline Specifications”, “Small Projects Specifications”, and “Full Length Basic Specifications” software as the standard through all project specification writing helps ensure bid accuracy, (updated quarterly).
