Description:
Program, design, and cost study for a new office and
training facility for a watchmaking company for a site
in Lancaster County. Site considerations included surface
parking and landscape buffer zones, public and private
courtyards, loading dock, and separation from a residential
neighborhood. Building requirements included public lobby
and dining space, large scale open areas for production
work, secure storage, and instruction and training spaces. |
