Coordinate and consult with Brinkley Sargent Architects of Dallas, Texas for the design and construction of a new police facility in downtown Lancaster. K&KA was liaison architect responsible for state and local project representation and interior design consulting. The firm also provided assistance with interior and exterior material finish selection, building code and variance applications, and local consultant coordination. The four-story structure houses administrative offices and typical police related amenities in addition to below grade parking, a 12 cell detention block, indoor firing range, emergency operations center, fitness area and locker room facilities.
