Description:
Three phase design of (42) cottage dwellings for the life
care community known as The Highlands at Wyomissing.
Three prototypical designs are adjoined to create seven
varied duplex combinations. The duplex designs group
1660sf Two Bedroom units and 2000sf Three Bedroom units
to form courtyard entrances for private cottages that
are reminiscent of Berks County rural vernacular architecture.
