Description:
An extensive feasibility study evaluated a Tudor Vernacular building originally constructed as a Headmasters House for use as administrative offices or as a residence for the Chancellor of the State System of Higher Education. The study included investigation of four design options and addressed the unusual open space recreational zoning district and restrictive flood plain requirements. The final project includes renovation, restoration, and an addition to the Headmasters House for use as a residence for the Chancellor and as a Hospitality/Conference Center.
