Description:
K&KA provided systems evaluation comparative cost
estimates of vinyl and aluminum clad wood replacement
windows and doors for three highrise buildings. Pella
wood units were selected to meet fire rescue requirements
and the incorporation of unit air conditioners. A percentage
of apartment units were brought into compliance with
ADA requirements.
